Koalafied Heating & Air, LLC is a proud veteran-owned HVAC company based in Big Rock, IL, dedicated to keeping homes and businesses comfortable year-round. Our Story

Koalafied Heating & Air, LLC was established by co-owners Cory Orstead and Chad Ewing in 2020 and has been serving the Big Rock, IL, community ever since. We offer residential and light commercial HVAC services, which include air duct cleaning, air conditioning installation and repair, HVAC maintenance, and more. We want to make sure you are comfortable in your home all year long, so if your air conditioning or furnace breaks down, we are only a call away!

We are a veteran-owned business that works hard to provide its customers with a premier experience because it’s important to us that we maintain a level of trust with our clientele. We guarantee that if you work with us, you will receive exceptional service and expert workmanship performed using quality products.

The high-quality products in our inventory include humidifiers and dehumidifiers, and we have a team of highly knowledgeable employees who will help you pick the right one for you. We specialize in the installation and repair of air conditioning units and gas furnaces, as well as professional air duct cleaning. Saturdays morning thermostat wasn't keeping up to temp and we are to leave town for 24 hrs. I chatted with Chad he gave me some things to try. When that didn't work he was there quickly to check it out and say what he thinks was the problem and it didn't require a fix and that if it doesn't resolve later then we could look deeper. Compassionate and caring. My neighbor also have used them. Definitely recommend them and will call them for any future needs
